Try it before you pay

The free trial prints with a VOID watermark until you activate a license. Use it to check alignment on your printer and your stock before you buy. Download the free trial.

The window

Refunds within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support@ownchecks.com. After 48 hours, all sales are final. There is no refund button on this site or in the app. We issue the refund ourselves in Stripe after you email support. $50 for your first computer. Add more for $15 each, up to 10 per buyer (per purchase email).

How to ask

Email support@ownchecks.com from the address you used at checkout, within 48 hours of purchase, with the order reference and the license key. A refund revokes the license key or keys. The seats on those keys are freed.

After a refund

A refunded license is no longer valid. Stop using the software on that license. The trial, which prints a VOID watermark, does not require a purchase.

What this does not cover

Check stock, toner, and printer supplies are bought from someone else. This policy does not refund those. A bank's decision to accept or refuse a check is not a refund by itself. The 48-hour window is about the software purchase.
